A Word about our Rates

Following an initial no-charge meeting with a prospective client to discuss their anticipated their needs, ALPICE Bookkeeping will be able to recommend the best solution for you. Both hourly and contractual rates are available; rates are comparable with those of other bonded and insured QuickBook Pro Advisors in the Massachusetts area.

Maintenance programs

While hourly rates are available, the majority of our clients prefer our maintenance program. Under this program clients contract for a specific monthly amount covering the services they use. Should your needs change, the scope of the program can be changed and rates renegotiated. The advantage of our maintenance program is simple… you always know exactly what it will cost!
